On January 16th, they announced their commitment to decentralization, which includes decentralized AI, decentralized AGI, and decentralization as a whole. On the same day, the AI-DSL technology was discussed, which will fuel the coming decentralized AI economy. This technology combines different AI modules, allowing for generation of multiple AI types, including neural networks. Furthermore, OpenCog Hyperon, which is a SingularityNET-supported project, is making progress in the development of its MeTTA language. This language will allow for general models of thinking and knowing, which is necessary for AGI. Additionally, SingularityNET is working to speed innovation of beneficial tech through the release of data from its silos and rewards for contributors.
